Hi! Masih di lika liku data entry using excel :D
Now we're on combining and by far, i only figured two ways to combine multiple cells into 1, and please I welcome you to add more ideas.
A. COMBINING MULTIPLE CELLS USING “&”
This formula is using “&” to combine multiple cells into 1 cell / column, for example: =A2&B2&C2
Note that the cells (A2 - H2) below are successfully combined BUT the result in column I is hard to read
because separator is not added to the formula.

This second example remains using “&” plus the separator in between the cells, for example:
“ “ (space), “, “ (comma space), etc.
“ “ (space), “, “ (comma space), etc.
The separator may vary as needed, you may also eliminate separator if it is not needed, for example
column D and E, the postal code just need to be combined without any separator.
**After using the formula for your first line, you just need to drag the result line down, or copy and paste,
the formula will follow the rest.
B. COMBINING MULTIPLE CELLS USING “=CONCATENATE”
Another formula to combine multiple cells into one cell / column, is by using “=CONCATENATE”,
as for the example bellow: =CONCATENATE(A2,", ",B2,", ",C2,", ",D2,E2," Phone: ",F2," / ",G2)
(the ones in red are the separators in between the cell)

NOTE: for some reasons you might sometimes find that these formula could not work, make sure each
column are in the proper format (General / Text / Number / Date). Also, make sure that your file is not
read only.
